As all of my products are handmade, please take a moment to read the information below before placing your order.
Processing Times
Most orders are handmade to order.
Current processing times are displayed on each product listing and may vary depending on the item and how busy I am at the time of your order.
Custom and personalised orders may take longer. I'll always discuss an estimated turnaround time with you before you place your order.
Shipping
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.
While I always aim to post orders as quickly as possible, I cannot guarantee delivery dates as these are dependent on the postal or courier service.
Delays
The Craft Room is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other courier services, including delays due to adverse weather, strikes or other circumstances outside of my control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already been dispatched, I am unable to accept responsibility for any loss or additional postage costs.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the item so I can investigate and resolve the issue.
If you believe your parcel has been lost, please get in touch and I'll work with the courier to investigate. Please note that parcels are only considered lost after the courier's investigation period has passed.
International Orders
If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes that may apply in their country.
The Craft Room is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
